Angry Racer Goes Full WWE With Flying Leg Drop to Opponent After Crash

During the course of a race, we really never know what’s going to happen. This isn’t just limited to the action that happens on the track, either. Sure, a couple of drivers might come together and end up in some sort of epic crash. However, how these drivers react to such a crash, we might never be able to anticipate.

Even in the big leagues like NASCAR, drivers come together every once in a while with a little bit of a scuffle. If one driver feels that they were slated by another, some sort of confrontation is almost sure to ensue. When you throw in the fact that it’s pretty darn expensive to operate a race team, tensions can boil even hotter on top of the emotion that’s involved in the intensity of a race.

With that in mind, it’s not too hard to imagine how this might translate to a race on a smaller scale. At the end of the day, just as much intensity goes into these sorts of races. In addition, we would venture to think that these drivers aren’t working with hundreds of thousands of dollars in sponsorship money to play around with. Instead, if somebody wrecks them, it’s likely money coming out of their own pocket and if there’s one good way to end up in a confrontation, it’s to play around with somebody else’s money.

This time, we follow along with a crash that happened at Dominion Raceway in Spotsylvania, Virginia during the closing laps of a Late Model race. Apparently, a driver by the name of Doug Barnes, Jr. didn’t take too kindly to an incident and decided to react physically. After getting wrapped up in the crash, video captures the moment that Barnes Jr. went full WWE, throwing a flying leg drop to the hood and windshield of Tyler Hughes, the driver he got tangled up with.
