When it comes to street racing, we’re used to seeing certain types of cars go at it. From the Chevrolet Corvette to the Lamborghini Gallardo, we’ve become groomed to look out for certain cars on the streets.

Today, we check out a different set of cars entirely. It’s rare that we see exotics like these hit the streets in a speed competition, but we’re most certainly glad that we did.

In one lane, we have the Ferrari 458 Speciale and in the other a Porsche 918 Spyder. We must say that races like this really give us an appreciation for how awesome the 918 Spyder really is, and that’s not to say that the 458 is a slouch by any means.

Even though the Ferrari makes somewhere in the ballpark of an impressive 600hp, the Porsche blows by it like it’s standing still… guess 887hp will do that to you! Check out the video below to get a glimpse of just how insane this supercar really is!
