The Rollover Ramp Competition is the Most Brutal Motorsport Alive

The Rollover Ramp Competition is the Most Brutal Motorsport Alive

In the realm of motorsports, there are a lot of different competitions to immerse one’s self into.  The world of wheels provides different formats like drag racing, drifting, or even circle track racing. In fact, if someone is feeling froggy, they could even immerse themselves in a demolition derby. One of the beautiful things about racing is that there are so many ways to do it that just about anybody can get in on the action.

This time, though, we check out a competition that is unlike any that we’ve ever seen before. The goal at hand here is nothing other than pure destruction. We aren’t talking about the previously mentioned demolition derby format, either. Instead, this one gets a little bit more speed together and ends up throwing cars airborne!

The scene from Speedway Warneton in Belgium seemed like something right out of a movie. With a ramp that looks like it was made in somebody’s personal garage, drivers get ready to rumble. Essentially, it looks like they make use of cars that are on their last legs and equipped with roll cages. These cars are then sent off of the ramp in dramatic fashion. The whole idea here is to see who can make the worst crash possible happen.

It definitely takes someone who is either brave, crazy, or a mix of both to want to do this.

By following along with the video below, we get to watch the action from a safe distance. I’m not too sure that there are many people who would be willing to put themselves in harm’s way like this. It is a ton of fun to spectate, though. This has to take a certain amount of dedication to be able to hold down the throttle and go flying in that manner!
