Shaking Down the 200 MPH Diesel Powered Camaro For the First Time
When you take a look around the landscape of muscle cars, you won’t find too many obscure combinations under the hood. Most of the time, these cars consist of some sort of setup revolving around a V8 whether it be classic or have a more modern touch thrown into the mix.
Now, for this particular Chevrolet Camaro, it looks like someone got a little bit tired of doing the same old thing over and over again. Therefore, the madmen behind the machine decided to forget what everybody else was doing and throw a completely different power plant into the mix for this one-of-a-kind build.
Instead of a traditional small block, big block, or maybe even some modern LS power, this Camaro, instead, sports a Duramax diesel engine under the hood of the ride. I’m sure that when this thing rolls down the street spitting out that familiar diesel truck grumble, it most certainly turns more than its fair share of heads and has people talking about what exactly it is in confusion.
